A wonderful game store with a wide selection and friendly staff that go above and beyond to assist their customers. I went looking for Keyforge product and even though the starter box was sold out. They provided really good advice and options to substitute what I originally looked for, they also have a very kind community of people who attend the store each week to play games. 100% recommend the store!

What an amazing experience! My husband and I ordered a wiz kids red dragon trophy head from A Muse N Games online store; the website is very easy to navigate. We had been wanting to purchase one of these trophies for a while, and this would be our first time ordering through A Muse N Games. We saw many positive reviews about the establishment and felt more than comfortable ordering through the store. After we placed our order, the manager Brian gave us a call to check in on us. He gave us a heads up about the possible wait time, but then said the trophy may possibly come in a week later due to the warehouse having one in stock (we were expecting a few months since the heads are made to order, so we got lucky!) They do place the possible wait times on their website when ordering, so there are no surprises. We got a call from the store about a week later saying that the trophy head arrived. The employee was very kind on the phone and said they opened the box because it looked squished; they wanted to double check that the trophy was not damaged. We came to pick up our order the next day; this was our first time inside the building. What a beautiful store front! Very clean, well designed, and spacious. The staff who helped us was wonderful! She showed us the box and made sure we were satisfied with the condition. She helped us carry the large box to our vehicle, and helped us unpack the trophy so it could fit in our car. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Definitely would order/shop with them again!

With the dollar not stretching as far as it used to, it is easy to give the big chain stores a few dollars less (in some cases) than the small local shops. I can tell you what that few dollars buys you at A Muse N Games. Friendly staff that are very knowledgeable in the products sold. Ariana was not only able to tell us the general goal of several games but how to play (competitive or collaborative) and details on time frames and in game mechanics. We were able to pick the games that we thought our family would like. Let’s not forget selection as well. Big chain stores do not have near the variety of choices. I highly recommend visiting the staff at A Muse N Games for any of your hobby needs. Well done.

Went here Sunday afternoon and what a beautiful store. There's so many great games for sale, the staff were so kind and very willing to help. We went in for a specific game which they did not have but they were really happy to help us order it in. We ended up buying a different game for the time being but are so excited to come back for the game we ordered just so we can see the store again. There are also tables that are bookable $10/ per person for 3 hrs of game play! So we will definitely be doing that as well!

I moved to the city last year, and when I had to pick up some sleeves, A Muse N Games was the closest shop to my house. I am so grateful! The owners are excellent people with a passion for what they do and a willingness to serve their community. All of the staff are helpful, kind, friendly, and community-building. I went in needing sleeves and I came out with a rekindled love of Magic the Gathering and some wonderful new friends. A Muse feels like coming home, like you’ve always belonged, like there will always be a space for you at the table. Thank you, Brian and Scotia and staff for maintaining a safe place full of laughter, exploration, challenge, and fun. In a world full of hard edges, this is the softness that will help heal. Only good things to say about this business and I will always support as much as I can!

On December 14th I enquired with their desk if they had a game I was purchasing as a gift. They did not have the game but informed me they could order it. Being that it was 9 days before Christmas I asked them t be sure they would have it before Christmas, otherwise I would just order it on Amazon. I was assured they would. It's worth noting that the game, delivered to my doorstep would have been $20 cheaper on Amazon but' in the spirit of the holidays decided to shop local. Well, their suppliers order did not arrive on time so now, 3 days before Christmas I have to go find a replacement gift. A Muse n Games absolved themselves of any responsibility by saying they can't control the delivery drivers. While this is true, they certainly can control the assurances made on the front end. This business would rather pedal the "shop local" buzz line while making false commitments than have you actually get the thing you wanted. Any time they suggest buying from them instead of Amazon, buyers should question the legitimacy of the reason behind it. Update: I just purchased the same game locally at their competitor for 21% less at base cost, which means A Muse n Games is not even the best spot locally to buy what they are selling.
